All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Orders placed via Ontario Student Nutrition Services (OSNS) are delivered and invoiced by its regional partner distributor.

Orders are required no later than 8:00AM Thursday the week prior to delivery.

Orders will be delivered on the regularly scheduled delivery day as determined by its distributor.

Upon placement, the order is considered confirmed, and will be fully delivered and invoiced on the delivery date. Any adjustments must be reported to the regional distributor no later than 8:00AM Thursday the week prior to delivery.

Some products may not be exactly as illustrated.

Although every effort will be made to supply the products ordered, brand and/or format alternatives may be provided to prevent shortages.

OSNS may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including pricing.
